滕州市宏天旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭廠使用的球體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)接頭是應(yīng)用于鋼鐵廠步進(jìn)梁式加熱爐化冷卻系統(tǒng)新技術(shù)上的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，它是將加熱爐上做周期性運(yùn)動(dòng)的冷卻構(gòu)件與固定構(gòu)件相連接的柔性管接上的主要部件上。在一定壓力溫度和流動(dòng)介質(zhì)條件下，實(shí)現(xiàn)與加熱爐的活動(dòng)裝置的同步連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。經(jīng)過多年的運(yùn)行實(shí)踐證明：該產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)合理，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，密封可靠，受到了用戶的高度評(píng)價(jià)，此項(xiàng)目埴補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)空白，達(dá)到了同類產(chǎn)品的國際水平。The ball rotating joint is the key equipment applied to the new technology of walking beam furnace cooling system in iron and steel works. It is the main part of connecting the cooling component which moves periodically on the furnace with the flexible pipe which connects the fixed component. Under the condition of certain pressure, temperature and flowing medium, it can realize synchronous and continuous movement with the moving device of the heating furnace. After many years of operation practice, it has been proved that the product is reasonable in design, flexible in rotation and reliable in sealing. It has been highly praised by users. This project has filled the domestic blank and reached the international level of similar products.
